Sales Representative

Mexico City, Mexico
Traveling 5% of the time
Full Time-Salaried + Commission

Description: This role is a pivotal position for our company. Sales representatives are responsible for the growth of our client base, consulting with small to medium-sized business clients to understand their business priorities and providing solutions to client needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions. They are an integral contributor to our team and dedicate most of their time in our Mexico City (Santé Fe Financial District) center. They spend time engaged in company training programs, assisting other staff members with various projects, accepting in-person client appointments, and procuring prospects. They help with coaching their colleagues on how to identify sales opportunities and make quality referrals. They also develop opportunities with their company teammates, go on joint client sales calls, and meet clients at their place of business. Employees’ prior experience and sales techniques will determine the amount of travel. Travel will be in local Mexico City area, Mexico at large, U.S. Texas office, and U.S. New York City for offsite training and conferences.

Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of business to business sales experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Proven relationship building & account management expertise
  • Technical proficiency
  • Possess business acumen with the ability to discuss in-depth complex financial matters
  • Ability to accel in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-lingual ability is required (Spanish and English)

Sales Representative

Description: This role is a pivotal position for our company. Sales representatives are responsible for the growth of our client base, consulting with small to medium-sized business clients to understand their business priorities and providing solutions to client needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions. Our sales reps are an integral contributor to the goals of our team and dedicate the majority of their time in our Mexico City (Santé Fe Financial District) center. GHF reps spend time engaged in company training programs, assisting other staff members with various projects, accepting in-person client appointments, and procuring prospects. They help with coaching their colleagues on how to identify sales opportunities and cultivate quality referrals. They also develop opportunities with company teammates, go on joint client sales calls, and meet clients at their place of business. Employees’ prior experience and sales techniques will determine the amount of travel. Travel will be in local DFW Area with occasional travel to our Mexico City Financial District office and New York City for offsite training and conferences.
