Sales Representative

Mexico City, Mexico
Traveling 5% of the time
Full Time-Salaried + Commission

 

Description: Their role is to drive responsible growth, consulting with small business clients to understand their business priorities and provide solutions that meet their needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions. They are an integral contributor to our team and will spend dedicated time in our Mexico City (sanfe fe financial district) center engaging in partner routines, accepting in person client appointments, referrals and introductions and coaching their colleagues on how to identify sales opportunities and make quality referrals. They will also develop opportunities with their partners, go on joint client calls and meet clients at their place of business. Employees’ prior experience and sales techniques will determine amount of travel. Travel will be in local Mexico City area, Mexico at large, US Texas office, and US New York City for training and conferences.

Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of business to business sales experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Proven relationship management
  • Demonstrated technical expertise
  • Posses business acumen with the ability to discuss in depth complex financial solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-lingual ability is required (Spanish and English)

They are an integral contributor to our team and will spend dedicated time in our Heath, TX financial center engaging in partner routines, accepting in person client appointments, referrals and introductions and coaching their colleagues on how to identify sales opportunities and make quality referrals. They will also develop opportunities with their partners, go on joint client calls and meet clients at their place of business. Employees’ prior experience and sales techniques will determine amount of travel. Travel will be in local DFW Area with occasional travel to our Mexico City financial district office and New York City for training and conferences.
